Now the house.
Our Murrayhill House sits on a cul-de-sac-ette and the street is very quiet and serene. You'll have a gardener to take care of the front yard, so say goodbye to mowing and edging lawns.
Since we're already outside, let's show you around back. This is one of your two huge decks, overlooking a creek and greenspace.
If you like privacy, or just sunning yourself while listening to a babbling creek below, we know this is where you'll be spending lots of time.
You really can hear the creek up on the deck.
Plus, if you like getting a little closer to nature and the water, there's also a lower deck.
Ok.. let's head inside now. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Plus bonus room and several storage areas. As you'll see, all of the rooms are spacious... and the 3,400 square foot house has TONS of storage. If you're renting a storage space, chances are, you'll save money by moving all your things inside the huge closets and storage areas.
So first, let's look at the kitchen.
Again, you won't be cramped here. There is a view of the back and upper deck. There is a cooktop on the island and the rental includes the use of the refrigerator.

Let's move now to the bedrooms.
First the master and the master bath. They are huge rooms. Enough room for a sitting area and a large bed and armoire.
The large tub has a skylight above it.
There's also a separate shower if you prefer.
Before we leave the Master Bedroom we have to point out a huge walk in closet. Enormous.
There is actually much more of this closet behind the lens, that you can't see.
Also off the master, is a huge bonus room, or play room, or it could even be an excellent workout room.
Let's move to bedroom #2. It is not as big as the Master, but still sizeable. And it has lots of storage and closet space and ultra high ceilings.
Bedroom #3 and #4 include nice built in desks and loads of closet space. In fact one even has its own walk-in closet.
